Aston Manado Hotel

The room was comfortable and had a smart TV, though the WiFi was a little slow. Check-in went smoothly because the reception team was welcoming and helpful, and there was a roomy, comfortable waiting area. I liked the photo booth backdrop with a traditional war dance costume from Sulawesi Utara. Breakfast was tasty, from the waffles and "jajanan pasar" to the other dishes, which were all seasoned nicely. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and room service was very good. I had a pleasant stay at Aston Manado and would consider coming back.

I expected basic comfort and cleanliness from an established hotel brand like Aston, but my room had several serious hygiene and maintenance problems. The floor was visibly dirty, with hair left behind, as if it hadn't been swept or vacuumed. One pair of the room slippers had clearly been used and left uncleaned. The bathroom was especially troubling. The bath mat was damp and appeared to have been used by a previous guest. The shower looked outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained, and a cockroach came out just as I was about to use it. That's a serious concern for hygiene and pest control. My stay at Aston Manado was deeply disappointing. Used amenities, a neglected bathroom, and pests are unacceptable. I hope management improves housekeeping procedures and deep-cleans the property. I can't recommend staying here in these conditions.

We've had a great time here and have already stayed three times. The staff are incredibly nice, especially Ivan, who helped us a lot and made the stay even better. Thank you so much! Sampai jumpa

We've stayed at Aston Hotel twice now. My husband is a fan of the breakfast, which is why we chose it again. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was quiet and clean. The staff are always friendly and flexible.
