Akarasu Villa

This was my third stay in Villa 3 at AKARA, and the renovation looks beautiful. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and roomy, especially the huge bathroom. I also really enjoyed the clear, good-sized pool, the tasty breakfasts each morning, and a massage in the new spa room. The staff were quick and helpful throughout. Shops and good restaurants are easy to get to from this very convenient location. I’d strongly recommend it to holiday travelers.

We had ten family members with us in Villa 3 on our third visit to Akara, and none of us wanted to leave. It’s quiet, luxurious, and beautifully put together. The large pool and bar area were great, and there’s a spa room upstairs for massages and treatments. Shops and plenty of restaurants are an easy walk away. Purna made the booking simple, the staff were attentive, and we got lovely breakfasts each morning plus evening turndown service. A genuinely five-star stay.

Seminyak was easy to explore on foot from here, with cafés and restaurants just a short walk away, while the spot itself stayed peaceful. We had such a good time and plan to return. The Akara team made it feel like home for us and our two children. Breakfast was superb, and the spa massage and facial were the best treatments we had on the whole holiday. Such a lovely place to stay.

The team were one of our favorite parts of the stay. They were kind and attentive, and handled meal requests for the kids without making us feel difficult. We also made good use of the on-site spa for massages. The recently renovated living space is airy and huge, with a kitchen, a large dining area, and the baby chair we’d asked for. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. We came with a baby, a toddler, and extended family, and really wanted to be near everything without giving up privacy or a homely, quiet feel. Akara Villas gave us that balance. Potato Head, La Lucciola, and the John Hardy boutique are walkable, or practically next door. Outside, there’s lots of room for all of us, with shaded dining and lounging spots, an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a large pool the kids used every day. For a family or group looking for space and comfort in the heart of Seminyak, this is a gem. We’ll be back.
