Bs Residence by OYO Rooms

The price was affordable, but what was offered didn't match what I found. There was no TV, the shower was broken, the room was dirty and had cigarette butts, the AC remote was missing, and the pillows and blankets were poor despite being listed in the app. I had to cancel. Hopefully they sort these issues out.

The room didn't look like the photos, and there was barely anything provided: no blanket, towel, soap, or doormat. The sink was unusable, and the only power outlet was occupied by the TV.

I booked six rooms and transferred the payment as the app instructed, but after I arrived they turned me away and said I had to pay another 100,000 IDR or lose the money. When I tried to pay extra, they suddenly said the rooms were full, even though they hadn't been full before. I ended up losing 540,000 IDR, half a million. An employee said, "Hey, the fraudsters aren't them." Don't book here. SCAM.

It's damp and dim, with no hot water. There were no towels, soap, or blankets either. This is far from Oyo standards. Just skip it.
