The resort concept and location are good, even though it’s in a residential area. That does mean noise from vehicles and loudspeakers at places of worship. The property is poorly maintained, the room interior isn’t in proper condition, and the bathroom faucet is broken. Towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so bring your own.

The place looks abandoned and neglected. The bathroom and toilet were very dirty, and there were so many worms in the pool.

The view from the hotel room made me feel better while I was there. They also responded and served us quickly. Recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy a trip in manado.

There was a wide variety of delicious food, and the wedding ballroom was large and beautifully decorated. It was disappointing that no waiter or waitress came to refill guests’ glasses. Getting there was quite challenging too.

A great spot for families and kids, and I’d be happy to return. The one disappointment was that the cafeteria/restaurant closed at 3pm, though you can get takeaway from a kiosk.
