The room is very spacious for what this low-cost hotel charges, and I might stay again. The main issue is that people, including staff, smoke inside the breakfast dining area. You can't avoid the cigarette smoke if you go in for a bite. The hotel seems not to have fully recovered from a time when it wasn't looked after, so don't expect the facilities to be very clean or functional. I'd be ready to have breakfast elsewhere or keep snacks in the room.

The room was spacious and clean, and you can use the pool at Sintesa Peninsula. Cockroaches scurrying around the room were the main concern. The front desk crew were always pleasant and friendly. It's also a great spot near local street food vendors, Ja-Rod, and Manadonese restaurants across the street, with other reputable restaurants a short drive away.

Comfortable, clean room at a price that doesn't drain your wallet. AC, TV, a water heater, coffee, and wifi are all available. The service was satisfying. I like it.

It's cheap, with spacious, clean rooms, windows, and good facilities, and there's enough parking for motorcycles. But this is a youth hotel with hostel elements, so expect noise all the time. Kids party and rave through the night, morning, and afternoon. Staff also keep checking the rooms with a supervising attitude and bother you until late evening. Breakfast comes with hard rock music. For a more decent stay, consider the Peninsular behind the Griya Sintesa.
