The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is affordable with very clean rooms and bathrooms. It looks quite decent for a 3 star hotel. Room service late at night was excellent, and the food tasted really good. The TV channels were poor, though, and the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough on a hot day. Still a great hotel.

The room was okay and had a good amount of space. Breakfast needs a lot of work: there wasn’t much variety, a few items were cold, and some had already run out by 8 am.

There’s a good choice of breakfast items in the morning, and the staff are consistently welcoming. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close to plenty of public facilities. The parking area is quite limited, though.

Good place, but there are only 4 sets of seats in the lobby, so they can’t accommodate many guests. If you come with friends for a seminar, be prepared to stand while waiting for it to begin.

The room is big and spacious, and the internet works well. There’s an ATM next door. Ayam penyet is less than a five-minute walk away, and Bluebird taxi drivers pass by often. The shopping mall is walkable too, though I used Google Maps to find my way around.
