The room was hot in Manado's heat, with no AC or even a fan. It was somewhat dirty, and they didn't supply towels, soap, or a blanket. Our room's window faced the main street and couldn't shut fully, so loud-music mikrolets made it noisy. There were a few mosquitoes, enough to get bitten. The bathroom was outside; the one on our floor looked bad enough that I went to another floor, where it was a bit better. At 100000 IDR, the service felt expensive compared with Makassar, Makale, Poso, and so on, though I can't compare it with other places in Manado. On the plus side, they rented us a motorbike at the hotel. Another girl said they gave her good information about resorts in bunaken and arranged a free pickup from Rex hotel to the harbour for her Bunaken boat.
