I don't have much good to say about this hotel. The floor was sticky and there were insects, and debris had clogged most of the hand shower holes. I hope the hotel takes these basic issues seriously and fixes them soon so a future stay can be better.

The food at the training hotel was amazing, and I had no issues with the bedroom or bathroom. They had the standard basics, including towels, toiletries, bottled water, sugar, creamer and an electric kettle. The rate was affordable, and the souvenir store was nearby. My main frustration was the single elevator. It took a long time to get one, and it only fit four people. It was my first time in Manado, and I enjoyed the stay overall.

We were just a few minutes on foot from the city center and harbour, and the view of the city from the upper floors was nice. The room had air conditioning, a good bathroom and warm water, which you don't find in every hotel in Indonesia. The man who checked us in was kind and spoke English very well. We didn't try the food.

Everything we asked for when arranging our Xmas dinner at JLE’S Boutique Hotel Manado was provided, and the food was delicious. Booking an appointment was easy, and service was good and quick. The place was comfortable and affordable. One suggestion, though: JLE’S Hotel could add more staff so all the guests can be served better.

I checked out in the middle of the night because the bathroom wasn't clean enough and there was a terrible crocoach in the bedroom. I appreciate getting a full refund, but I was disappointed with how the staff handled the chat about transferring the money. I hope this review helps them improve the cleanliness.
