Some rooms took a bit of searching because a few showers and sink taps were broken. There was no AC remote, and the TV had no channels, so I spent the whole night feeling cold. Cleanliness was just average. Maybe they can review things going forward.

I had proof of payment from the Agoda app, but they still wouldn't let me check in, saying they hadn't received the money from Agoda. Be careful if you're planning to book this Oyo.

I paid through the app, but they told me they don't handle app check-ins and that it had to be done manually. When I tried to get a refund through the app, it was too late because the hotel had already marked me as checked in. Really bad service and completely irresponsible. Highly not recommended! 👎👎👎👎

I booked a room for 120 thousand for one night, and I really regret it. There was no remote, the AC was dirty, the room hadn't been cleaned before I moved in, and the TV didn't work. Worst of all, the sheets and bedcover hadn't been changed. My whole body got itchy. I checked in at 11 am, but couldn't stand it and checked out at 6 pm. If a new guest is coming, please change the bedcover first. Same problem again, it was really uncomfortable. 🙏

The hotel no longer partners with OYO, so guests end up being made to stay at twice the price. This is a scam. Don't book with OYO. 👎
