For backpackers and other travelers, this place is a decent option. It's spacious and clean, and I enjoyed my stay. The towels could have been laundered better, though, and the receptionist, the woman with glasses, didn't serve me very well. The elevator shuts down at bedtime.

There's a mall nearby and the street is calm. The facility is new, and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was good, but it was the typical Indonesian spring mattress, which felt small for two people and not very comfortable. The room cost 500 000, which seemed a bit pricey, and breakfast wasn't good.

The bathroom smelled terrible, and there was a bad odour and mold throughout both the bathroom and bedroom. The rooms have no windows. The place is filthy, old, and poorly maintained, and this quality is definitely overpriced. I'm not sure why the reviews are so high.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the service could use some improvement. Breakfast was very poor, and when we asked for an extra bedsheet, we were told there wasn't one. We also couldn't get fresh air into our room: it had a beautiful balcony, but the door was locked, and staff said they didn't have the key. What a pity.

The room was nice and very clean. The main issue was poor coordination among staff. They didn't seem to know a guest was in the room and nearly interrupted our privacy. Still, it was a good stay overall.
