The comfortable bed, steady hot and cold water, fairly good Wi-Fi, and backup power are all pluses. Ask for the Wi-Fi password each day. The price is cheaper if you book through the RedDoorz app. There's a BRI ATM in front and a BNI bank and ATM next door. The hotel is on a main road with plenty of public transport, plus an Alfamart, Indomaret, Holland Bakery, Multimart supermarket, and other shops nearby. It has five floors, a lift, and a small lobby restaurant. You can eat, drink, or sit outside in the outdoor chairs. Noise from ambulances, convoys, and loud motorcycles carries into the rooms because they're not soundproof. And once the cafe closes, hot water can be hard to find. There's no kettle in the room, so be prepared.

There's a cafe open 24 hours where you can order food. The hotel is on Ranotana street, which gets quite busy from morning through the afternoon, with lots of markets and a supermarket. It's in a particular part of Manado, though not the city center.
