There were plenty of food choices at breakfast, and the rooms were great, with a bathtub and no noticeable flaws. I did expect the gym to be more spacious.

I had a room facing east with a river view, and there are different views to choose from. The place has a luxurious yet classic feel, like a typical Swiss-Belhotel franchise property. Breakfast at the restaurant included a variety of Manadonese dishes. The toiletries and room amenities could use some improvement.

I’ll always remember how Manager Aldo and Security Recky helped us when my son had severe gastric pain at 2am on the night of 26 September. During our stay from 24 September to 27 September, 2025, they brought a wheelchair to my room and helped push him to the emergency clinic next door, including lifting him on and off the chair. He recovered from the pain. I’m very thankful to them. Their kindness and compassion were outstanding, the kind of care you rarely see elsewhere.

Housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy throughout my stay, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had the modern amenities I needed to stay productive. The reception team made check-in friendly and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Swiss-Belhotel Maleosan Manado and had a fantastic stay in Manado City. I’d highly recommend it.
