The owner was the standout for me. He speaks good English and even Hindi, which really surprised me, and he gave great travel tips. If you arrive without a plan, you can get suggestions that fit your schedule. The place felt homey, with his lovely kids and cats around. I only stayed one night, but that was enough for a great experience. I also left my OnePlus charger behind, and the owner kindly sent it to me by courier. You don't often find hosts that welcoming. Thank you, sir! 😊

The street noise was the main issue. It didn't get quiet until around 10 p.m. I stayed one night in a superior room, and the cleanliness was okay. The Wi-Fi wasn't good, but that was no problem. There was no hot water in the shower. Still, one of the few good accommodation options in Pamengpeuk.

The owner was friendly, and the place had a homey feel. It's a clean, nice hotel with a small convenience store. Breakfast was simple but tasty. I hope they renovate the toilet in room 15 and add fresh seafood to the menu.

Disappointing. During our last visit, room service kept coming in and asking when we'd check out, over and over, even though we were staying for 3 days. I hope the service and prices improve, especially for loyal customers.
