It really feels like being in the jungle, with luxury mixed in. It redefines glamping, and the air conditioning and electricity in my room worked perfectly. The service was top notch, and they greeted me by name. The food was so fresh and lovely. I also had what was probably the best massage of my life at the spa. The signature massage was perfection. If you’re after luxury, peace and nature, you can’t skip this almost indescribably amazing hotel.

The cooking class was the next morning. We harvested the ingredients ourselves, then cooked delicious Balinese dishes with guidance from people in the village. The day before, we’d taken a guided walk through the local village, where our guide pointed out durian and mangosteen trees and other plants, and talked about the temples and offerings. It’s a lovely place to stay, and the activities are really fun and informative. I’ll definitely recommend it!

Kaura has plenty to do, from village walks to downhill biking. I loved the farm-to-table food, though I just wished there were more rice! The tents are spacious and cool. This quiet glamping spot on a secluded hilltop was a perfect break from the crowds and gave us an authentic taste of Bali. Highly recommend if you want to see the real Bali.

I joined a Flashpack group and stayed three nights, through Christmas Day. The glamping accommodation was excellent and the infinity pool was a real highlight. It’s an amazing, breathtaking place that shows you the real Bali, and the staff were so friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

My first glamping trip was exactly what I wanted. The resort was clean and private, with an amazing view and great food. The people and staff were the best part, absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!
