The staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel is close to the airport. Still, the room was dark, had no view, smelled bad, and had dirty walls. The AC didn't work and the toilet wouldn't flush. There wasn't a suitable place to work in the room or hotel. The price is reasonable, but I'd happily pay twice as much for somewhere better.

The room was fairly clean, and the price was reasonable for this part of the country, where prices are quite high. My executive room was fairly spacious, with a refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioner, and water heater. Breakfast was very simple, but acceptable. Not too bad.

There are plenty of warungs and coffee shops nearby, and the hotel is conveniently close to Terminal Wosi, where you can catch transport into the Arfak Mountains. Our room had a good bed and washroom, though oddly there was no window. The staff didn't speak English, but were friendly and keen to help. Breakfast was simple and good, with Indonesian food, toast, and jams. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and I'd recommend it.

My room's AC didn't work. I complained, but they had no solution and neither changed the room nor offered another alternative. It was one of the worst service experiences I've had. You may regret choosing this hotel.

If you're visiting Manokwari in West Papua and need a place to stay, I strongly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and room service was nice and quick to respond. It's near the airport, a bank, and the night food market. Give it a try and see for yourself.
