I booked through the app, but they still asked me for extra money and blamed the app for the deal price. The interior photos are fake, too. They don't seem to understand what good service is.

The bed had bed bugs and was a little broken. The sheets hadn't been changed.

There was a musty smell and stains on the sheets, and I felt gross staying here. The listing promised a city view, shower, and sink, but my window looked into the hallway, with no shower or sink. There was no toilet paper, and the spray gun didn't work. I couldn't imagine a worse place, and you couldn't pay me to stay again. Don't book it.

The room was dirty, the AC barely got cold, and no water came from the sink tap. I had already paid the price shown in the app, but they asked me to pay the tax again at check-in. Don't stay here, it's really bad.

There were lots of bed bugs. Please, hotel owner, clean the place up. I've never found a transit hotel this bad in a long time. They also wanted extra money outside the app, and the room smelled dusty. Trash hotel.
