The seafood was especially delicious, and the staff and owner were warm and hospitable during my month-long stay. The hotel is simple, clean, and nice, with an elegant feel that suits its name. I’d consider it the best hotel in Masamba. I hope it has its own laundry by the time I see you again. Thanks so much, Elegant hotel Masamba, and all the best!

The bathroom had hot water that was good enough, and breakfast was free for all guests, served at the back of the hotel. The room was really spacious, though its quality and condition were just okay.

The air conditioning wasn’t very cold during the day, and breakfast could use some improvement since it was only rice and chicken curry. The hotel was clean, with a big room that was comfortable enough by small-town standards, but it was quite pricey.

The reception staff were really nice and friendly, but the walls had mold and breakfast in the dirty restaurant was terrible. If that’s what you’re after, this is the place.

The food wasn’t delicious, and there’s nothing special about the place. It works for an overnight stop on the way to northern or southern Sulawesi, and that’s about it.
