The receptionist was a really nice, helpful guy, and check-in went smoothly. The place is right next to a mall, but our bathroom smelled bad, the water had black bits floating in it, and there was hair all over the floor. The duvet had no sheet on it, so who knows how dirty it was. My partner and I both felt little insects jumping on us as we slept, and there were marks all over the walls. It worked for one night, but I wouldn't recommend staying for long.

At midnight, the owner made us leave because he'd booked our room to someone else. He wouldn't help us find a solution and left the two of us alone in Mataram. A few days later, Agoda emailed to say the owner was asking for money, claiming we hadn't shown up. I don't understand how that's even possible. I really don't recommend this place. Avoid it by any means.

The price was beyond good, and the location in Mataram is convenient and strategic. It's very close to epicentrum. I stayed briefly in transit and would definitely recommend it.
