It has potential, but the villa needs more upkeep and better cleaning. I saw dirt in places you don't notice at first, like behind the cupboard, and the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned either. The place also seems understaffed: I only saw one man handling everything and one woman at the small reception table.

The grounds are lovely, and the location is prime but tucked away and quiet. The hot shower was very good, with great water pressure. The place shows its age, but is decently maintained. There was no breakfast or restaurant on site. I've stayed here twice, once in 2023 and again in 2024. The first visit was great, but the second was poor. Our pillows smelled like someone's cologne, and there was dirt and sand on the bed, which made us think the sheets hadn't been changed. We asked for clean linens, and those smelled fresh, like detergent. It's really unfortunate at this upper-range price, since clean sheets are the bare minimum. I think they need more staff.

The staff were accommodating and let us take our time leaving, even though we were an hour late for checkout. We stayed in a charming, brand-new bungalow that was remarkably quiet, with the essentials: air conditioning, a shower, and a fridge. The hotel is on Lombok, conveniently near the ferry terminal and not far from a shopping center. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

The most memorable thing was the sound of cicadas, which gave the place a lovely natural atmosphere. The resort is near the beach, and the room was spacious and very clean. Its design draws on traditional Lombok houses, with wooden furnishings throughout. The staff were friendly too. I'd happily stay again.
