The room was nice, and the building is pretty and well located. The staff were friendly, but I couldn’t find anyone when I went to check out in the morning. The gates were left open, which made me uneasy about security. On top of that, the air conditioner rattled so badly I couldn’t sleep.

My check-in experience was disappointing. The AC didn’t cool the room, which was humid and smelled bad, and there were several people drinking in the gazebo. When I asked for fresh towels, staff told me they’d only be available the next day, even though my towels had already been used. It’s a shame the inn is looked after this way. The owner should pay attention to the upkeep and security.

A budget-friendly hotel in Cakra, with a fresh, cool atmosphere. It’s also near the center of Mataram City.

The rooms are clean, and you’re near the city and places to eat, especially at night. 👍👍 🙏🙏

It opens straight onto the street, with no staff or security around. Avoid it at all costs.
