The room was great and the front office staff were nice. If you don't want to walk far for food, Warung +62 serves good meals. Janji Jiwa is there too if you're after coffee.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, especially around the bathroom. This was a very bad place. The one star is for the price. Never again at this hotel.

For under IDR 200k, this place is well worth the price. It's right beside a cafe, and you should try the delicious food at warung+62.

For a cheap stay, this hotel is a good pick: the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, and breakfast is unusual. Just bring your own bathroom supplies apart from towels and soap. There's also a decent coffee shop right next door for the evening.

The staff were helpful and good, and breakfast was really delicious. It's easy to find food around the hotel, which is in a strategic spot in Mataram City. There's a nearby coffee shop called Janji Jiwa, and the coffee is really good and strong. Prices are affordable too.
