For the price and facilities, this is a solid choice. My room was clean, roomy, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a water heater in the bathroom.

Not recommended. The room was small, messy, and smelly. The amenities weren't complete either. At first we only got a small soap, and when we asked for the full set, they still forgot the shampoo.

Right in the heart of the city, this is the best hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful 👍

I was really disappointed because the hotel is very nice and the staff are super friendly, but some money was stolen from my bag in my locked room. The GM told me it was the first time in 3 years, but whoever did it was smart. They took only part of my cash, perhaps thinking I wouldn't notice. I checked my money before starting the stay, and I'm sure that about 1 million IDR in Euros and USD was missing. Maybe it happened before and victims didn't realize they'd been robbed. Be very careful if you choose this hotel, and don't leave anything in the room. The manager promised to investigate and get back to me, but there has been no news or refund so far. No good!
