My promo room through Traveloka was surprisingly spacious. It was on the third floor, though, and there’s no lift, so be ready for the stairs. The room was clean, but smoke from people in the corridor could drift inside and get annoying. The AC also took too long to cool the room to the temperature I wanted. Breakfast wasn’t included in my rate. You can order it or buy it at the cafe downstairs, which is good. There’s a local pub/restaurant nearby with loud music, which may bother some people. The hotel is also close to amenities, so it’s convenient. A good place if you just need somewhere to sleep.

I used a voucher as a local guide to stay here. It was a restful and enjoyable stay, though I did wonder why the deposit for the room key was so high. The location is right in busy central Mataram, which I liked. It’s easy to reach the mall and hospital if you need medicine, and there’s a great variety of food sellers along the main street.
