The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. I booked through booking com for one day at 10 $, but at check-in they charged me 22 $. When I asked about the extra cost, I was told it was hotel policy. Really bad. They didn't speak English, only Indonesian. OYO 1492 Rupaqa Hotel was the worst hotel. It was my first time staying at an OYO hotel, and it'll be my last. I won't stay at OYO hotels again.

The metal mattress left me aching, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. The bathroom was filthy, and there were no towels or soap. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They need to improve the cleanliness and facilities. We didn't get our money's worth.

I paid after ordering on tveloka, but the old guard still asked me for more money, saying they don't take online bookings. This hotel is crazy 😅😅😅. I won't stay here again.
