It's quiet and tucked into a corner of the Brawijaya housing complex, not far from Cakranegara. A good affordable option with nice facilities, and backpackers can definitely stay here. The staff are very friendly, and there's a clothesline for drying your things after the beach. If you're using Google Maps, take Jalan Brawijaya so you don't wind through small alleys.

Very friendly owner and room manager, and overall I'd still give it 5 stars for the price and what you get. The room is clean, the AC gets cold, the shower works well, and there's a water heater, a gallon of water, and a fairly large wardrobe. Parking can be tricky if other guests have cars too. The path to the room is also difficult when it rains because there's no canopy. Still, the room is good value for the price.
