OYO 90683 Teratai Homestay

A nice, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, especially Raditya.

I booked a standard double bed through the app, but when I arrived they said that type wasn't available and only had a single bed. I had to cancel and never got my money back. The hotel made no effort to help me recover it. Google didn't make the information clear either, so how was I supposed to know there wouldn't be a double bed? I really regret booking here. Better not to come.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It seems to be rented out more like a boarding house. When I arrived at dawn, there was no security guard or receptionist on duty. I called the number at the front desk, which seemed to belong to the owner, then waited over 30 minutes before the guard and receptionist finally came with the key. The room was unclean, there was no running water, and the tap didn't work. I heard other residents next door saying their water was out too. There were no toiletries or windows. The first floor looked as if it had flooded. Maybe there had been heavy rain the night before and the water reached that floor, but it hadn't been cleaned up right away. The room quality doesn't match the price. NOT RECOMMENDED.

There are extra charges to keep in mind. Checking in before 2 o'clock costs extra in cash. Guests, including those who book through the application, pay an additional weekend fee for prices below 150; on weekdays, an extra fee applies below 135 as well.
