I wasn’t expecting anything fancy from an inexpensive place, but surely a clean bed is the least we should get. The sheet had dirt and someone else’s hair on it, so I politely asked the staff to change it. When we came back, the replacement was still dirty and had hair on it too, so I guess that’s just how it is there. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a comfortable, pleasant stay.

I don’t want to stay here again. The room was unsuitable and dirty, and the guard played games with the price. A friend booked through Traveloka and got hit by Kompas, but was still asked to pay extra at the property because, they said, the Traveloka price hadn’t been updated. People find your place through the app, so if you don’t want them doing that, just stop partnering with Traveloka. Better to move to another OYO that can be trusted. Be careful, everyone, and don’t book this OYO. The guard can’t be trusted. You should get a bigger refund but end up with very little. Owner, just fire the night guard.
