The train station is very close, which is handy. The room was clean, and the bathroom was tiny but clean too. The AC worked well. There was a TV, but no kettle, glasses, coffee, or tea. The bed was just okay for the price.

Rooms here are huge and spotlessly clean. It’s a luxurious, classy boutique hotel from ARTOTEL GROUP, right in the heart of Medan. It’s busy and often crowded, and apparently fully booked every day. Prices start at RP 368 thousand.

The pool area is great, and the staff were lovely. My room was huge and really clean, with a spacious, luxurious bathroom and nice interior touches. The wifi was reliable, the king-size bed was comfortable, and the room stayed cool even without the AC. Breakfast was delicious and the service was good. I enjoyed my stay as a business traveler, and it would work well for solo travelers or couples too. ARTOTEL GROUP calls it a five-star boutique hotel in the heart of Medan. Room-only prices start from RP.330 thousand. I was totally satisfied and would come back. What a great experience.

I spent 10 days here on a business trip. The room was cozy, very spacious, clean, and smelled fresh, and it was more than adequate for the low price. Staff were great, and I had access to the pool, gym, and massage facilities. Breakfast was simple with limited choices, but I was satisfied as long as I had enough to eat. The hotel is Medan's first art-driven five-star boutique hotel. It’s in a fantastic spot, with places to eat in every direction. Plaza Medan Fair is a short walk away, Mie Ayam Waringin is opposite, and small restaurants and KFC are about a minute away.
