I stayed for more than 7 days and was fully satisfied. The staff were kind, polite, and honest, and the top management were helpful too. It felt secure, with parking guarded 24hours and an overall safe environment. There are lots of nearby conveniences, including a mini mart, laundries, and f&b. Access is easy as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in medan.

Breakfast is served on the ninth floor, and the staff were helpful. The room has plenty of space, though the bathroom is quite small, and some of the furniture is broken. Hot water is available. It’s comfy and inexpensive, so I’d say it works for budget travellers.

We had a very satisfying stay at Raz hotel, with extremely good service. I’d suggest brightening up the hotel entrance and bathroom. We’ll surely return to Raz.
