The bathroom was filthy, with the toilet and sink needing bleach, and the water from both the shower and tap smelled bad. Traffic nearby made it noisy. On the good side, the price is reasonable, the staff were polite and welcoming, and it’s very convenient being connected to Medan’s main station. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable.

It’s right next to Centre Point Mall, which is a nice extra. The hotel is convenient and good value, especially if you need an early train to the airport, Rantau Prapat, or any stop between Medan and Rantau Prapat.

The staff are generally very nice and the location is convenient. My room was big, but being close to the train station meant some morning noise, and I’d hoped to get more rest. I would’ve rated the stay higher if they hadn’t called at 6:40 am to ask about breakfast preferences I’d never requested.

The staff are great and the place is still clean, and I’ll always have beautiful memories here. But it’s not as good as it used to be, even if it may still be okay for the price. The lifts no longer work, trains are passing more often, and you’ll need to sleep through the loud noise. Rooms feel dated and are dark at night, and the TV channels are grainy and unclear. It seems the hotel is on its way out.

Bro, the bathroom made this a bad stay. The water was rusty, and the toilet water looked cloudy and mossy no matter how many times I flushed. I even brushed my teeth with drinking water. My advice: only stay here if you’ve got an early flight from Kualanamu the next day and don’t plan to bathe at all lol.
