I was disappointed with our stay. We booked two nights through an app, but at reception we were told the app booking wasn’t valid and that we had to pay extra on top of the listed price. I can’t recommend this place. I’m not trying to bring the business down, but I hope they make improvements so guests don’t leave disappointed. Please clean the rooms better too, and provide a trash bin in the room.

This hotel is awful. The prices are high, there’s no equipment, and there really isn’t any drinking water.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The app showed a price of 80,000, but when I arrived they asked for 200 and blamed the app, saying they no longer work with it. The staff were unfriendly, which made the place seem unprofessional right away. Don’t be fooled by the outside, it looks cool, but inside it’s dirty. The blanket looked unwashed and brown instead of white, with lines like a shirt collar that had never been brushed clean. The sheets were inside out and shabby. The water heater didn’t work, the toilet didn’t work properly, and soap was the only thing provided. I’ve never stayed at a hotel this bad, and I’m sorry I didn’t get photos. I can’t recommend it at all. If you booked through the app and they demand an extra payment to match their rate, just ask for a refund.
