I never felt hurried during my sessions. The therapists listened carefully and gave considered feedback.

Service is friendly, so please keep that up. Cleanliness and the water are good, though both could be improved. The AC needs a little fixing, and another bedside lamp would help. The price is very affordable, around 200,000 IDR. Hotel rules for guests should be made clearer and enforced more firmly, so people behave considerately and don't disturb others, especially late at night when guests are resting.

This hotel advertises comfort, but we had two power cuts. The first time, they said electricity would be back in 30 minutes to an hour, which seemed fine, but it was still out for over two hours while we were trying to sleep. Then it went off again at 11 am. What a confusing hotel. Guests complained, but the response didn't address what we said. They need to improve how staff handle complaints, because that kind of answer isn't right when people's comfort is being disrupted. This is a HOTEL, not a boarding house.

The price is very affordable, and the location is right in the heart of Medan. The rooms are clean, with cool air conditioning, running water, TV channels, a mirror, a wardrobe with hangers, and a refrigerator. The place is well maintained and the service is friendly.
