At first the cat seemed sweet, but later it stopped recognizing people, especially around that time of the month. It would hiss, attack, and insist on going outside. Then the Wi-Fi started cutting out for no reason, and the AC was never fixed despite my repeated complaints. The bedsheets seemed to flip themselves at night. Worst of all, every night I heard ghostly whispers, giggling and crying, and couldn’t sleep. This apartment feels haunted and cursed. I’m never staying again. Please don’t pick this scary place, it doesn’t feel safe or comfortable 🙏

I rented this apartment for several months, and things were fine at first. Later, appliances began breaking, and the place started to feel haunted. It no longer felt safe or comfortable, so I won’t rent here again.

The apartment was clean and well kept, and there’s a lovely green view over the rice fields to wake up to. It’s peaceful and calm around here. The location is convenient too, with food spots nearby, the university close by, and the city center not far away.

The rules are pretty strict, and reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you forget your access card outside those hours, good luck trying to sleep on the lobby sofa.
