Glamour Hotel And Spa

I’ve been traveling around SE Asia for 6 months, and this was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The bathroom smelled of urine and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was hair and debris in both drains, a broken mirror, and a ceiling that seemed close to collapsing. Something dripped every second or so, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was no hot water. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burns, and didn’t look like they’d been changed in months. I wasn’t comfortable taking off my shoes. The breakfast area smelled of smoke, and I seemingly had to wake someone up to get breakfast made. They didn’t offer coffee, and all their facilities are broken. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Nothing like the photos. The hotel was dirty, noisy, and full of broken things, with stains on the bedsheets. I arrived late and was too tired to switch hotels, then complained the next morning that I hadn’t slept because of the noise and the cobwebs on the ceiling. They said and did nothing. Absolutely awful, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The spa staff told me the sauna was only available in the morning, though it actually stays open until 8 pm. Most of the staff are Batak.

This place is really expensive, and the girl here often asks for tips.
