I felt comfortable staying here again, and this was my second visit. The view from room 648 is stunning, the room was cleaned daily, and the meals were pretty good. I’ve made this one of my favorite staycation spots. The floor drain really needs better cleaning, though.

My parents weren’t comfortable during the stay I booked for them. Their room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had a lot of cockroaches. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and comfort for future guests.

The reception team were professional, polite, helpful, and efficient. We had a wonderful time overall, although the air conditioning and toilet cleanliness need attention. I’ll be back soon.

I wouldn’t recommend it. The shower water runs very slowly and there’s no hot water. On top of that, the air conditioner drips onto the floor, making it risky for guests who could slip.

The shower was dirty and clogged, and the AC wasn’t working.
