For the price, this place works well: a double room for 100 with a shower and AC. The rooms aren't anything special, but the service was straightforward and honest. I left my expensive phone behind and they kept it safe for me. They even brought my motorbike inside overnight.

We booked online, but the owner wouldn't honor it, even though we could see the reservation on his computer. He kept giving us false explanations, was rude and unfriendly, and made no effort to communicate. He said the rate was 150K and wanted us to pay the difference in cash, meaning you'd owe 150K regardless of the price you booked at. That's not how this should work. OYO should remove this listing. The owner doesn't understand hospitality or pricing. Don't book here.

This felt like a scam. When I arrived, they said the online booking price didn't apply and demanded another 130k before they would give me a room.

Gurusinga Guesthouse is in a handy spot, close to a gas station and BPK Sibolangit restaurant, and near jambur tamsaka. The employees were good and the service was good too. Nice place to stay and hang out with kolega. Thanks.

A Batman trap. The app rate can't be used and isn't refundable, but the money goes to the owner the next day. If you're planning to stay overnight, it's better to pay when you get there.
