I want to leave, but I've already paid. The service is terrible: the price didn't match the app, the room smelled bad, and the floor was wet. There was no doormat in the room or bathroom, and while I was showering they shut off the water, saying they needed to refill it.

The service is unclear, and no wonder so few people stay here. The price on the app was 42 thousand, while the banner outside the inn said 100 thousand for a non-AC room. No one told me the price when I entered, then the guard suddenly asked for 120 thousand and couldn't explain it clearly. I was in a tight spot and didn't want the hassle, so I paid. The price doesn't match.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and the service wasn't very friendly. The price on the app didn't match what I was charged. This was a complete letdown.

I decided not to stay. The listed price wasn't valid, and the fan room cost 100 thousand rupiah. There were cockroaches, and the bathtub was yellow.
