I’d like to ask the owner whether Sky Cengkeh Hotel is really renovating its rooms and will be closed until October 18, 2025. If so, why are rooms still showing as available in the OYO app? It should be turned off. I’d already traveled a long way from Sky Mawar to Cengkeh when I was told on the way that the hotel was being renovated. What is the owner doing?

The price didn’t match what was on the app, and they asked us to pay again when we got there. The room smelled bad and the toilet was clogged. The lock handle was hollow, so someone could peek into the bathroom. It’s odd that they lock the gate at 12, since it isn’t open 24 hours. The waiter was strange, rude, and arrogant, and liked listening in on people’s phone calls. Not polite at all.

FRAUDULENT PROPERTY. I paid through the Agoda app after booking, but there was no room available and the money couldn’t be refunded. The property took no responsibility. Don’t let anyone else get fooled, and don’t book a room here. Be well, KELEN. That’s all your lucknowings are.
