The hotel is outside town, down a narrow road. The water heater temperature kept changing, so you had to wash your hair quickly in case it went cold halfway through. There are only three hair dryers for the whole hotel, borrowed from the front desk. I took one out for the day and had told staff we didn’t want housekeeping during our three-night stay. When I came back that night to wash my hair, it was gone. My husband asked the night shift staff and found out they’d entered our room quietly to take it. The staff member even said I could towel-dry my hair and use the dryer the next morning. Really? If they could come into the room, why not collect it from the guest who had borrowed it? We’d declined housekeeping because we didn’t want anyone handling our things, so finding out they’d entered without telling us was unacceptable. The housekeeping staff politely explained what happened with the dryer, and we accepted their apology. The night shift staff member, though, was extremely rude and gave terrible service.

The service was poor. I asked three times for the room to be cleaned. From 10 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., all they said was “wait a moment,” and they ignored guests without seeming to feel bad about it.

The room and service were great, and there were more channel options than the usual hotel selection. This is one of the best hotels around the USU area so far. It’s a new hotel in the university district, but the surrounding area is crowded and narrow, with students staying in nearby hostels. It’s right beside a busy road too, which can make getting around a hassle, especially for couples who don’t like crowded places. Still, it’s a great place to stay. Good job!

We came in January to visit a family member studying at USU and stayed for two nights in a two-twin-bedroom setup. The hotel is close to USU and the student hostels. Our beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the stay was pretty good. The AC and water heater worked well, and the extra toiletries were what you’d expect at a new hotel. We booked at a discount through agoda, so it was good value. Wishing the hotel continued success and great service.

We were only there for one night, but it was a joyful staycation. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they took care of all our requests. The bedding was comfortable, the sheets clean, breakfast was awesome, and the facilities were great. Thanks, Sishezu 👍🏻
