I stayed for three nights. The location near UNIMED is convenient, but the room was really dirty, especially the toilet. I even saw a cockroach.

It's very poor, plain and simple. There was no shower water in any of the rooms for three days, and the response to fixing it was extremely slow.

For a 2-star hotel, the price and facilities seem about right. It needs more attention to cleanliness, service, and other amenities, though. I saw plenty of negative comments, but I wasn't expecting much at this price and rating. It was standard, neither especially good nor that bad. What mattered to me was having a comfortable, safe place to sleep, and it was comfortable. Friends looking for somewhere around UNIMED could give it a try. I’ve added a video and lots of photos. One thing to know: rooms A, B, and C are smaller. The photos and video I took were of room E, behind A, B, and C. My friend booked room A yesterday, and it was smaller than my room E.

The service was very, very bad, and the room condition was too. If I could rate it, I'd give it minus five stars.
