After a tiring hike up Mount Agung, I came here to rest and recharge before heading off to discover more of Bali. Villa Neyang was just what I needed, and I’d happily return. The room has a cozy, laid-back feel, and looking out at the rice fields from bed was amazing. Each morning I woke to birdsong. It’s easy to forget the crowds in Ubud and just enjoy the nature here. You can even borrow a yoga mat and practice by the fields. The staff were so friendly and quick to help. Thank you, Villa Neyang.

Cool air, rice fields, and birds singing through the day made it easy to leave stress behind. It’s about 25 minutes from Ubud centre, and Khan and his lovely team made the stay feel special. If you’re after friendly hospitality and an authentic experience, you’ll find it here.

Mornings were a treat, with homemade breakfast on our private terrace looking out over the rice fields. The staff were warm and attentive, and their care made the place feel like home. Villa Neyang sits among lush paddies, with nature’s sounds all around and a really peaceful atmosphere. I came away feeling refreshed and inspired, and would love to return. The villa brings together traditional Balinese design and modern comforts. My favorite part was the open-air bathroom, with its little indoor garden, spacious layout, luxurious bathtub, and invigorating rain shower. It felt like having a spa right there, and I can see why guests compare it to facilities at classy five-star hotels.

There’s nothing but the sounds of birds and nature around this villa, with no traffic or noise. It’s a wonderfully calm place among the rice fields, a real break from the busy world. Our room and the rest of the property were spotless, organized, and well looked after. Regular cleaning kept everything feeling fresh. The place was even prettier than the photos, like a quiet little paradise. The owners and staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, freshly made, and served with care. If we come back to Bali, we’d stay here again.

Villa Neyang is tucked into the rice fields, away from central Ubud’s bustle, so it’s an easy place to relax. You can see the care that’s gone into each villa, and the hosts clearly want their guests to have a good stay. They went out of their way for us. I’ll definitely be back. 🙂 🙏🏼 🙌🏼
