I paid in the app, but when I arrived they said bookings had to be made directly and that I couldn't book through the app. They also said the app wouldn't refund me, then brushed it off as none of their concern, saying this was a boarding house. There's an Oyo banner outside. When I asked why it was there and why the app listed the place under Oyo, they said they hadn't put it up. It looks like they're taking advantage of the app.

I booked and paid through the app, but they told me this was a boarding house, not Oyo, and that I had to book directly. I couldn't get a refund. Yet there's an Oyo banner outside. It feels like they're playing games behind the counter.

The service was poor for the price shown in the app. I won't come back, and you'd regret going there.

I hope the service improves so guests feel more at home and leave satisfied. Hopefully things get better in the future. Thank you. 😊🙏🏻
