There were two of us, but we were given just one towel. There wasn't a trash can in the room or outside, either. Please do something about the third floor, and the stairs are dangerous too.

I’ve checked in here many times, but I keep getting unpleasant treatment, and this time I was really disappointed with the service. The woman who is often at reception and wears a hijab had no manners. I’m a paying guest, but she acted as if I was being forced to stay here. Owner, please replace her if you can.

I just checked in, and already it's so noisy that people can't get a peaceful rest.

The room is okay, but the water comes out slowly.

The room was dirty and smelled bad 🤮. The bathroom water smelled too, and only a little water came out.
