We had such a good time at The Lounge, the ground-floor coffee and bar area. Grecia, Devita, Dani, and Girbar were especially welcoming, and we left feeling like we'd made friends rather than just had the usual guest-staff interaction. We can't wait to visit again. Medan stays in your heart. The rooms at JW Marriott are always spotless, and the staff keep checking whether we need anything, which we really appreciate. Breakfast is superb, with flavors that really pop, and we especially enjoyed the herbal Jamu drinks as a lovely glimpse of local culture.

The food was a standout, with a delicious buffet, plenty of variety, and high-quality dishes presented well. Service was just as good: the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and everything from check-in to meals and daily service felt well organized and easy. JW Marriott Medan is easily among the city's best places to stay, with a high standard throughout. Highly recommended.

The pool and gym were clean and well equipped, and the breakfast spread had loads of fresh, tasty local and international choices. It all seemed carefully prepared. The rooms were spacious and modern, with big windows overlooking the city, soft beds, quality linens, and a large, well-designed bathroom. Everything was spotless and comfortable. From the moment you enter, JW Marriott Medan feels elegant, clean, and well cared for. The staff are warm and professional, treat guests respectfully, and are always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant team handled my special dietary requests with care and efficiency, and the food was delicious. Thanks to head chef Angelica, Juli, Nia, Farid, Evelyn, Jess Lynn, Octavia, Pashir, and Andi for making every meal enjoyable with such personal service. Lusiana in Housekeeping kept my room immaculate and handled my requests with a smile. I also want to thank the management team, especially Bhari, Augustinus, and Johannes, for warm, professional help with quick turnarounds and special amenities. The door staff and front desk were consistently kind and attentive too, making check-in and checkout effortless and greeting me warmly. I was here recently for an international business trip, and the whole stay impressed me. Every staff member went above and beyond to make things comfortable and smooth. The hotel understands what business travelers need, with luxury, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next trip.
