Nice place, nice room.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely design and a huge wardrobe. The bathroom was large too, with various amenities, even a bucket and ladle, which you rarely see in modern inns. Suites also have a bathtub, and the rates are very affordable. There’s a small pool, and the staff were friendly. Cleanliness could use more attention. Some corners weren’t clean, a few closets seemed dusty, and there was a small cockroach in the bathroom. I hope they keep things cleaner. The TV was around 6 meters from the bed, which made it uncomfortable to watch, and the broadcasts were often blurry. I’m not sure if this applies to other room types. Parking is limited since the inn is in a residential building, with space for just one car and a few motorcycles. Otherwise, you have to park outside. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the place. The price and amenities are excellent.

I booked through Agoda and paid via BCA, but when I arrived they asked me to pay another 150 thousand for the room. They said the booking wouldn’t be accepted unless I paid there. My advice is not to book here through the Agoda app, since the payment wasn’t accepted. This was FRAUD BY HOTEL STAFF.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for me and my baby. I had no complaints, and there’s no smoking. It’s guarded 24/7, so God willing, it’s safe. I also like that the Sharia rules are strictly followed, including the requirement for a spouse’s ID card. If I were choosing between this OYO and a multi-story hotel at the same price while visiting Medan, I’d pick this one 🤗
