Getting around was easy since the hotel is near the city center and other attractions, with public transportation easy to reach too. My stay at Nivia Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it had the basic things I needed to rest. The bathroom was clean and had enough toiletries, and the hotel offers a good range of amenities for guests.

The price was affordable, and breakfast was nice. The room was clean and the service was good. There was a smoky smell in the bathroom, but the staff helped reduce it with perfume.

The room rates are reasonable, and the rooftop area is worth a mention. Rooms on floors 2 through 6 include a small number of nice, spacious suites, plus executive rooms and some smaller rooms. Downstairs there’s a small meeting room and a restaurant. The ground-floor lobby and front office are compact but sufficient, with a few sofas for guests waiting to be served. It’s a nice city hotel in Medan. It isn’t very big, but the owner has arranged it nicely. Recommended.

The staff respond quickly when guests need something or have a complaint, and the hospitality comes through clearly. It’s a very comfortable spot for an event like a meeting, seminar, or workshop. I’d recommend this hotel.

The hotel, rooms, and restaurant are very good, and the food is nice. The repeated wording is hard to make sense of, but it mentions a home too.
