The bathroom smelled bad, and there wasn't any air freshener. I also couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, even though the electricity was on. The towel barely absorbed water; I wiped myself several times and was still wet. There was no toothpaste, toothbrush, or shampoo, just runny soap that looked like used washing water. I paid 350 thousand for a deluxe room on May 23, 2026. When I asked people in the next room, they said they'd paid 300 thousand, and they suspected it was because they were both Chinese. I have to ask, was that racist? Then they accused me of breaking the TV remote, though it wasn't broken. Only the cover had come off, and it was a little hard to put back. I was sure everything was fine when I left the hotel, so I don't know who caused it. They wanted a 100 thousand fine over the cover coming off. When I refused, we negotiated it down to 50,000. I really wouldn't recommend this place.
