Who is managing this place? I arrived hoping to stop and rest for a while, but the guard asked whether the hotel had any partnership with Oyo. I showed him the booking confirmation on my phone, and he said they hadn't worked with Oyo for five years. The hotel looked like a filthy, cramped animal pen, and it didn't match the photos in the app. This has never happened to me before, and the app should be held responsible. How could Oyo be so careless?

I arrived at 23:50 WIB for a December 23-25 booking of three rooms, only to be told the hotel was full. The manager said he didn't know about our reservation through the app, and when I asked who was responsible, he said he was. Asking who had listed the hotel on the app got me the reply that it was none of my business. I couldn't stay there on December 23 and had to find another hotel. Agoda still hasn't refunded me because it's waiting to confirm with OYO and the hotel. Is this app actually useful? Please sort this out, or take down the OYO sign if needed.
