The photos on booking com show a different hotel. At check-in, they said they wouldn't accept payment from booking.com, that the online rate wasn't the real price, and that I had to pay another 120000 rupiah in cash. I said I'd call the police to sort out the money, and then they stopped asking for extra payment. The toilet seat had years' worth of urine grime on it. The bedroom light didn't work, and rain could drip through a hole in the ceiling. There was also a small room beside the bedroom with an unsecured window anyone could enter through.

If you stop working with Oyo, please let Oyo know so they can remove the listing. Don't leave customers stuck like this.

My guest from Malaysia paid in full a month ahead, but when they arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms. They were still selling the rooms even though they'd already been booked. Very disappointing. Don't book here.

We'd booked well ahead and paid in full in cash, but on arrival the rate didn't match what Traveloka showed. We had to pay an extra 120,000 IDR per person. The listing said double bad, and the receptionist started blaming the app.

The room was a complete wreck and looked nothing like the photos. They also raised the price when we arrived. Don't check in here, especially through an app. I really can't recommend it.
