OYO 90830 Multatuli Guest House

At 120,000 Rupiah, it's basically just a bed to rent, though the amenities are okay for that amount. No mineral water, towels, soap, or toothbrush. The AC keeps the room from getting too hot, but only just. The sink drain leaks, and the toilet won't flush because its button is broken.

The AC was quite cold, but the room still needs work to be comfortable. There was no airflow from outside and no towels or toiletries. The floor was dusty and dirty, as if it hadn't been swept or mopped, and there wasn't a trash bin. We also had to ask staff to change the bedsheets ourselves because they hadn't replaced them and had two stains.

The room felt stuffy, especially with poor ventilation, and the AC wasn't cold. On arrival we were told to wait around 30 minutes because the registration paper was empty, and they needed to wait for guests before preparing it. Inside, there was a musty smell, dirty walls with shoe marks, and a toilet door handle that was broken so it couldn't shut or lock. The pillow was so flat it felt like having none. No mineral water, toothbrush, or soap either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort.

The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. My room was clean too. I'd stay here again.
